What we do

We search USPTO records for your name, explain the result in plain English, give you one itemised total, and arrange the filing. After you file, we track every deadline until the mark is registered. You can call or email us at any step.

Who files your application

Legal services are provided by independent US-licensed attorneys. The attorney assigned to your matter is named in your engagement letter. Argos Trademark is not a law firm, and using this website or speaking with our staff does not create an attorney-client relationship. Patent applications are prepared and filed by a registered patent attorney or agent.

What it costs

Our service fee is $499. The USPTO fee is $350 for each class and is shown on its own line, so one class totals $849. Search and deadline tracking are included. For office actions, statements of use, renewals and patent work, we quote a flat price before any work starts. See pricing for the full layout.

What we do not do

We do not promise that the USPTO will approve an application, because nobody can. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Why the name Argos

In Greek myth, Argus Panoptes was a giant with a hundred eyes, some of which stayed open while the others slept. The name stands for what we do after you file: we keep watch over your deadlines so you do not have to.
